He has taken a direct part in the company's web site development, participated in organizing workshops and training for students majoring in economics and carried out marketing research of world financial markets. He has been working for Fxfinance since its foundation and defines his main task as a search for non-conventional advertising techniques in financial markets.

Ten years' experience as dealing department manager in a major European bank enabled him to establish the necessary contacts required to build a team of professional financiers. While working in the bank, he organized workshops, training young specialists to work in currency and futures markets, and managed the hedging of complex client positions. His primary aim is to make speculative financial operations easily available for private investors. The terms that large banks and investment organizations offer are not always beneficial and affordable. The Fxfinance Company aims to remove this barrier and to improve prospects of work in financial markets.

Joseph Meelton Trading Desk

After eight years experience in financial markets and four years management of free bank assets in the international currency market, Meelton now manages Fxfinance institutional investors' funds and is also in charge of the analysis department. He has developed an optimal strategy for the company in the FOREX market for the basic currency pairs. His specialty is EUR/USD and USD/CHF. He has developed and introduced Trading Signals Program based on the requirements of different investors and users and regards openness of trade information of the company for its clients as his primary task.

An expert in the risk management field, Sperce has eleven years' experience in the bank treasury operations field. An expert in the risk management field, he has determined the best strategy for trade volumes in investment accounts depending on the risk of operations and has structured investment activity by different financial tools. Sperce graduated from the Harvard investment management school.
